Richard is a commercially driven expert in logistics strategy, outsourcing, commercial negotiation, solution design and contract management. His extensive experience includes senior roles with major 3PLs focused on warehousing, road transport, multimodal and 4PL across a spectrum of industries in both the private and public sectors.
This experience coupled with a collaborative data driven approach, desire to gain a detailed understanding of customer requirements, broad knowledge of the logistics market and a hands on-approach to managing change is proven to deliver practical solutions which work in the real world. Richard is always happy to work alongside the customer to implement the change to ensure benefits are fully realised.
